I am a cognitive neuroscientist specializing in sleep and brain research, currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Integrative Neuroscience and Cognition Center (INCC) in Paris. My research investigates how the brain processes sensory information across wakefulness and sleep. Although we become less aware of our surroundings as we sleep, the brain continues to process external stimuli. I study the limits of this processing and the neural mechanisms underlying it.
My work combines neuroimaging techniques, including EEG, polysomnography, and fMRI, with behavioral methods, statistical analysis, and machine learning. I also specialize in leading international, cross-institutional research projects that bring together universities, research centers, and hospitals.
Beyond research, I am passionate about science communication and making scientific findings accessible to wider audiences. My work has been featured in Science Vs, The Conversation, France Culture, Think Twice, and Konbini. You can explore these contributions in the Media Outreach section.
